According to the news I have seen, UMC (United Micoelectronics Corp.
of Taiwan) has agreed to buy 10% of CATS for what amounts to $6.00
per share. UMC will also provide "substantial" fab capacity.

I have seen in your other messages that you are a big supporter of
XICO. I was fortunate enough to buy a fair amount of shares about a
year ago for under $3.00. I have been selling portions of this for
the last few months as it seems that Wall Street has lost much of
its appeal for Semiconductor Stocks. My question is two fold: What
does this CATS deal mean to XICO? and are you afraid of the
Book-to-Bill Ratio which I believe is due out tonight for the Semi's?
