Ok, with enough pestering by Carranza ...: But after reading much of the thread I still have some questions - if anyone wants to take a shot at answering any ... . If not as I find answers I'll post them. a) What are Sonus' barriers to entry by the competition? Patent (i.e. legal monopoly)? Technology smarts (the best product)? Marketing smarts (e.g. the early Microsoft model)? ... b) What is the source of a continuing revenue stream? What exactly is an 'upgrade' in this environment? (I understand the fee per minute model - but haven't thought it through yet) c) Management capability/experience? Responsiveness? Ability to articulate a plan? Turnover? Clark
