Oh I can promise you the shit would hit the fan up here. Drinking is the state hobby and the tavern league is powerful stuff up here:)

And to the point, arrest the hell out of them getting in their cars, but many use cabs and don't drive and arresting them in a bar is absurd. For crying out loud with the new level at .08 you could arrest every single person that is in the place. You would put every bar out of business. It's a fund raiser and has nothing to do with public safety.
