BTW, the going rate for fresh college grads is about $75K in tech these days! What are you complaining about? Cushy jobs and 75-85K with huge benefits is nothing to sneeze at - all at age of 21! Goog gives another ~150K/4 years for fresh grads. Now that is an amazing benefits package. I think your complaints about off-shoring are just wrong. Nobody in hi-tech is gung-ho on shipping the dev jobs abroad.
