sorry to clutter up the board with FA / sentiment, but... is there any more consensus opinion on planet earth than that real estate is in a bubble? how often is that consensus correct? btw, check out the hedge funds' net short interest in financials / real estate. that's a good source of Shack's BKX rally. Cheers
