LOL, I guess it's story time well how about this...

PLNI financed all their purchases by selling stock certificates after their "private financing" fell through. That's what the market is for. Now they have three successful companies making money and no debt. Hmmmmmm, Lets also say that 03 and 04 numbers look like your account, negative BUT 05 numbers with Promold and Semco look VERY geed. What impact would that have on the price d%$#head? (I mean that in a friendly manner.)

SOX audits are extremely difficult for any company regardless of the availability or accuracy of your records. Accountants see this as a HUGE opportunity to screw all companies large or small by asking for duplicate or non essential information to pad their fees. I am a strong believer that this is what PLNI is going through.

So we have all been through the pinkland story before however... this one does have a happy ending... therealfly aka shortsinthesand sells his 1,000 shares that he has owned for a year for a loss. The next day the stock price goes from .0058 to .05 and everybody is happy except therealfly.

Oh well, you can take that back to your criminal friends. I am sure someday soon you all will be sharing spit with bubba.

LOL, I'm a believer. PLNI is transforming from a 17 year old start up company to a growth company with much more to come.
