I wonder how many times they all were warned and they ignored those warnings. Those warnings were not ignored. They were enough to get Ashcroft to stop flying commercial planes. Cheney and the neocons knew about the warnings too, but they wanted a hyjacking to provide the 'New Pearl Harbor' rationalization for their already planned Iraqi invasion. On 9/11 they got more than they planned for. TP
