I thought you were a smart guy but now I'm rethinking it. So you think Dell R&D is all in Taiwan because they're smarter? You don't think cost is the decisive factor? To generalize that Taiwanese are brilliant because you had some smart guys in your grad class is a pretty weak critical thinking.

You can sit there and badmouth US skill levels but it's BS. Companies are going overseas because of cost mainly. Yes, there were shortages of certain skill sets 5 to 10 years ago when the Y2K hype was causing a bubble in tech spending but thats not the case now.
