Well...

I don't have a clue if anybody reads this but here goes...

HERE IS MARCHEX's current 2006 guidance:

2006 consolidated revenue range estimate: $125 million to $133 million

2006 adjusted operating income before amortization target range: $33 million to $38 million

Long-term adjusted operating income before amortization margins: 30% or more

The Post back in SEPTEMBER of 2004 Message 20562886 predicted 2006 revenue of $135 Million +/-. It predicted a late 2005 stock price of $22 to $28 per share. In December of 2005 it traded in a range of $20 to $26 per share. Close to the outlook provided in September of 2004.

Now we look out to 2007.

Current analyst consensus estimate for 2007 revenue is $162 Million. Keep in mind this is 2007 revenue estimates.

A $172 to $175 Million range is more likely based on current operations. Possible accretive acquisitions are likely to play a role over the next 6 to 12 months. Estimating Marchex will spend $20 to $30 Million in cash and 6 to 7 million in shares to acquire more profitable operating segments over the next 6 ot 12 months.

Thus the following 2007 projections:

$172 Million revenue from current operations
$30 Million revenue from acquired companies

2007 Total Revenue = $202 Million

Average Cash on Balance Sheet = $35 to $40 Million

Book Value = $460 Million

Operating earnings = 60 Million

Shares outstanding 47 Million

35 P/E on $1.27 in 2007 operating earnings

$44 projected stock price by very late 2006 thru mid 2007
