And stalin ruled russia with an iron hand too. If nothing else the war thought expanding from local to regional, never became global and that was a good thing.
OT The thing i hate most about WW2 and Korea is that it kept Ted Williams from getting to 800 career Home Runs. Now that Baroid Bonds is approaching Aarons 755, i think about Ted and his service alot. But on the good side, think of all the fish that lived while he was in service. He was also a world class fisherman. Baroid cant fish either--steroids wont help that.
