Yes ---He is running around preaching what a great thing it is that Turek is a plaintif and not the defendant! All this suing and legal mumble jumble reminds me of UCSY...When the Ceo spends his time in the courts and not running the business... then he has losses instead of profits! Next we will be hearing about the new Law suits he will file against message board posters.... Thats when you really have to run for cover here...or just find an outfit you can short the stock with. I would keep him in the dark as much as possible, but I really do appreciate your research and posting it for us. Thanks, Shorts
