Interesting. XTO did sell a gigabuck worth of bonds today. I think that a combined company would look good, from the viewpoint of geographic location of assets. I am ignorant of the various debt structures.

XTO and PXD are both up. Usually XTO would drop, and PXD would rise - as in the COP merger.
