"N Dixon" - REFR superstar "N Dixon" has been a tireless shill. The people behind this id have been responsible for posting literally thousands of long-winded messages on multiple message boards in a futile and desperate attempt to hype the stock. In 1998, "N Dixon" predicted that the REFR criminal enterprise would be a "$400 stock within 5 years". That same year, Bill Wexler recommended shorting the REFR criminal enterprise, surmising that the company was worth zero. Eight years later (based on 3/24/2006 closing price): Bill Wexler: off by 396 pennies. "N Dixon": off by 396 dollars.
