Neal, Your analysis makes a good deal of sense. The April anniversary is probably going to be used to make a very big splash, and the subsequent movement of the stock is likely to reflect that. And the SEC doesn't take kindly to any kind of appearance of insider knowledge affecting timing of trades. tim He is choosing to sell now. I don't think he would sell now if he knew that there was bad news on the horizon. It would really smell of trading with insider knowledge. I am going to speculate that he is selling into good news and that things are better than expected at Apple right now.
