TIM LUKE, sorry you had to sell ASND for a loss but your worries of a 3COM Warning is far fetched. 3COMs announces earnings on Tuesday. It's highly unlikely they are going to pre-warn only days before their earnings report. As for 3COMS earnings, last quarter COMS reported its best quarter in sales ever. USRX+COMS should report an excess of $1.4b in sales next Tuesday. And a COMS official said last week that $6-$7b in annual sales would be made. I don't think COMS shareholders have anything to worry about long term even if the earnings come in under by a few pennies. Cheers, Chi-X hath Spoken!
