Really? The story remains viable though it is not proven? So I can make up anything I want to, and if it can't be proved or disproved, then it can be repeated as though it were a fact?

Good thing the criminal justice system doesn't work that way. Think about it. You need real evidence to convict one person of a crime. You have to be able to prove your story stands. You can't just say, "Well, we say he did it, and he can't prove he didn't."

Yet, for some reason, you seem to think there should be a lesser standard for deciding whether or not to go to war.
