A therm is 100,000 btu's, so 10 times your delivered therm rate is the price in mbtu.

There are roughly 139,000 btu in heating oil, so 7.1 times your delivered price per gallon would be your oil price in mbtu.

Your gas price can be held down by activities of your delivery company and regulators. Heating oil suppliers will sell you at market rates if you dont have an agreement.
