Hank, Even though I just said that I might consider increasing my postion we should not be deluded into thinking that all is well. We still have the same board, these are the people that allowed Rhodes to put us through all the agony. The battle to bring this company back to what we believed it could be is not yet over. The new management is going to have to prove themselves. I agree that Dr. Tacovsky would probably not have accepted the job if he didn't think there was a chance of success however, the news release indicates he is the "acting" Chief Executive Officer and President. What does "acting" mean? I'm waiting for the dust to settle before getting too enthusiastic. Harold
