I thought GE was a white knight. But explain why there has been less shares traded than on an average trade day? The spread is so large it isn't even a tease. Q3 is July thru September (as in the completion day) Keep in mind that tenders are commission free as well. Seems like the bid (which has been working higher should be closer to 16.25-16.30?? Bob
