sure ok, but philosophy aside the US economy cannot recover if every startup is seeding their company in eastern europe or India. Doesn't work for the US economy as a whole, because the new companies are supposed to be the engine of growth. And as a startup, even though you describe these skills as "mature" obviously they are not.

If you can make your R&D work globally like that, good for you. Most cannot. They pay lip service to their success with this model, but anybody can see otherwise.
