Peter, I do not envy Bill Gates his billions. I curse my computer every day that I am forced to use his chunky products (company computer, you know; ergo, no choice).

I would maintain there are just oodles of people whose fortunes came from sources other than connection to Microsoft and who use Microsoft software who might be cursing Mr. Gates.

Many people throughout history have been powerful. Some, more than others, have been more ethical in wielding their power.
