There are some issues that both my liberal and conservative friends seem to agree on. We CANNOT continue to run outrageous Trade and Budget deficits without suffering disastrous affects to our standard of living and our position in the world community. When Cheney said, "Reagan proved that deficits don't matter", I thought it was the most irresponsible statement ever made by a politician. I'm SICK of partisan politics and I would like to see candidates start thinking about the country rather than just what plays in Peoria.
