Thanks - I just caught that 25 billion a/s. Typically that means the deadly dilution and dumping by management. I haven't followed this so I don't know their history. Seems to be bad timing if they really wanted to use it defensively. Wait for the share price to rise and then announce the expansion plans and the need to pay for it w/ shares, etc.

But, there's certainly enough MOMO on this one to drive it higher.
