I'm always free with advice: whether it is good or not is something else. Here is what is happening in the next 18 months
1. Acceptance or not of the feasibility study and making that public - 2 weeks perhaps

2. Making public the decision on financing - end of April or beginning of May.

3. Decision to go into production or not - end of June or early July.

4. Construction throughout Fall and winter and production sometime in 07.

Each step will increase price IF each step is positive. That is your gamble. I think it is a Go, but others may not be as sure. I think the stock price could be $2-3 in a years time. Where else can you find that kind of return? Microsoft? Intel? RBC?
