3/27 SET UP ... FSL ... Long Term ....................... FSL is on the verge of a break out after forming a 3 1/2 month, high end base. This base, or price congestion, has managed to stay above the rising 20 week moving average for most of the 3 1/2 months. Last week saw a bullish bar on increasing volume which suggests we may be getting some upside momentum. Since this base is a long term base, I do not wish to jump the gun on the entry.
