First, you are a denier of existing evidence who foolishly pretends what exists, doesn't. Secondly, a 10 year old memo is judged by its content just as a three year old one is, and the dates of the memos don't go to weight as you suggest (often, old is better in fact, if anything).
Thirdly, we too have evidence that unless Bush didn't really personally thank a Russian agent who provided information that Iraq planned attacks on american soil after 911, then it is clear that Russia gave aid to the U.S.
Fourth and more to the point, it is also clear that the thrust of the information provided to Iraq by Russia was incorrect, and as the article says, therefore in support of our attack plan. The true information also passed along was plainly obtainable by Saddam without Russian help, and is mitigated virtually entirely by the false information given(specifically, that we would bypass cities in the south, and the given location of our troops, is mitigated by the fact that the Russian told Iraq that our actual main thrust was just a diversion).
