You're ignoring my point. Why do we need to find money for that? So the deficient kids take extra math classes instead of some electives. That doesn't cost more so why do you need to find money for it? Your fussing about unfunded mandates makes no sense unless you can show why more money is needed for a math class than a geography class or a music class.
