Mr. Walker is wrong. This type of verdict can only be given by someone who've been through the whole cycle or at least through a big part of the cycle. Sharpest brains can get it in a year of full immersion and involvement. Lower brains need five years. Top class brains get IT on a three month immersion/involvement.

Only visiting? Not enough to 'suck' the whole construction.

PS: I'm too modest to say how long I need to grab the whole thing!
