I don't know what to think anymore Shades. I can't get a bid anymore on my remaining real estate here in Florida. Land sales are none existent and existing single family not far behind. I think we have a crash in condo prices this year the likes of which we've never seen in Florida and probably some of the other frothy places like Vegas and San Diego. Meanwhile I see the homebuilder and subprime lenders mostly up today and all the talking heads on the boob tube say things are just rosy except for Jim Rogers and Mike Norman this weekend on FOX. I do think the real economy starting to really get some steam. At least making some money on techs today..Figuring Intel going to be taken up big into end of quarter window dressing. Fiber optics going gangbusters.
