Oh, I see you want to see the simple form. Didn't think we needed to get that simple. As I said in my previous post, I gather you disagree with the frame in the Times piece, that other programs are being cut because of the lack of funding for the NCLB program. Would you please offer some evidence for the counter argument, that one that says there are no "losses." That there is no cause and effect, to use your language.
