I believe the question David had with scanners comes from the
end of the Cymer conference call, where step and scan in regards
to Cymer's forthcoming laser is mentioned. It gives the impression
that either companies have no ready to ship step and scan tools
(aside from SVGL), or that they have light source related
problems that SVGL does not. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts
on the matter. The section is at the very end of this transcript.
