thats fine but what I want to hear is for Dell or MSFT or one of these companies that beat up on engineering with all this focus on costs and dumping on the viability of engineering as a career in the US, to admit that this hurt their product delivery schedules and the type of products they were able to produce. To hear these companies tell it, you'd think they were as good on the R&D side as they were 10 years ago when anybody can see they are not. MSFT I guess can blame "complexity", sortof, but what is Dell and Intel's excuse.
