All that 1950's coffee of advert fame such as Maxwell H, Sanka, Jaun Valdez, P&G, SL etc, are just crap. Mostly Robusta beans. Better by far to buy beans by their country and buy green and red beans. A mix of Columbian, Nigerian and Central American Arabica beans. Brew Lightly to avoid bitterness. Fresh ground beans make all the difference. Make espresso and you get less caffeined too. If you want caffeine and flavour, then drink Mate tea, its high in caff and better flavour than coffee. National drink of Argentina.
