Larry, that IS outrageous! As I said, M Lynch isn't charging me anything, and the messages we've been getting internally also state that the broker should not be charging for this transaction. This is the first time I've ever had to do such a transaction, so I don't know what to tell you but the tender offer ends today. What will happen to your shares? OCTL will eventually cease to exist, are you hoping LU will pay you more than $31? BTW, you can tender them yourself by sending the actual certificates.
