Quick Update - New Additions to Staff, etc. 1) UDW is adding six (6) new positions to its staff. IMHO these positions are required to facilitate an increase in business. Current Position Openings: 2006203 - Project Manager 2005120 - Senior Java Developer 2006202 - Software Implementation Specialist 2006206 - Technical Writer I 2006204 - Quality Analyst 2006205 - Professional Services Analyst 2) The company just recently launched its refreshed web site: usdataworks.com 3) Is it just a dream of mine or could UDW's credit push technology be really utilized by the likes of Google (GOOG) for its proposed GBuy (Online Google Money), PayPal (Owned by eBay -(EBAY) ) to stay on top, or some other online payment entity like CyberSource (CYBS) to differentiate itself from other services? 4) Calendar of Events: NACHA Payments 2006 Perhaps UDW will make a sale or two? May 7-10, 2006 San Diego Convention Center San Diego, CA 5) Unless something material occures there may be no news until approximately the last week of June, 2006 when UDW usually announces fiscal & fourth quarter ending March 31, 2006. 6) Will Back Office Conversion (BOC) have a profound affect on UDWs bottom line? What part will their electronic check process or ARC play in this initiative expected to be approved by NACHA in September, 2006? 7) Disclosure - I'm holding on for long term gain - projecting that UDW will be trading at $2.50 - $3.50 in 14 months unless they are acquired before then.
