In the slightly longer run, whichever party gets in front of THIS will be in the majority for many years:

The only reason it's a tossup is because both parties don't GET it yet. Hispanics, like all Americans, will refuse to vote for class-hating, atheist traitors. So the Dems can't move to incorporate them until they create massive reforms in their current party.

The Republicans, OTOH, are in danger of a resurgence of Buchananism (anti-Hispanic racism) within the conservative movement. If that can be deflected (as George Bush is trying to do) they can win this critical race...
