He tends to stay away from tech by his nature, whether it is because of an acknowledged lack of understanding, or because he does not feel there is genuine value there, or for some other reason entirely, I have no idea. But it is well known that he is averse to tech.

And I picked GOOG for comparative purposes because it met all of the criteria you mentioned.
