As I type from the rented penthouse condo at North Myrtle Beach. 1st week of a month rental. $900. Brand new, built and occupied summer 2005, complete with free broadband, 4br, marble counters everywhere. With more highrises going up. I count 30 cranes within viewing distance. And lots of preconstruction sales signs.
