Nope $900 with some slight haggling and discounts for booking very early.

List price for a week is $850. But that is negotiable when the alternative is for it to sit empty for a month or all winter.

I guess the building is maybe 100 or so condos. I counted maybe 20 cars in the parking deck last night at 11pm.

Looks like it goes for about $2000 per week peak season. Which if you consider the opportunity cost of an upfront cash purchase of $400,000 isn't much of a return. Throw in some interest costs, some condo assoc dues, some property taxes, some insurance, and some 'special' assessments and........ seems to me I could stay about 8 offseason months for less costs renting vs buying.
