I am spoiled. On beef I usually don't buy anything but prime rib, those rib steaks we have talked about or fillet. My wife only likes the tender cuts.
But on the other hand the most beef we eat is 10% hamburger by far. Much leaner. I ven got some 5% fat ground sirloin the other day. Good for taco meat or meat balls or spaghetti.

I have not seen the stand alone turkey breast for some reason. We get the skinless boneless foster farms chicken breast at costco which is not as inexpensive but is a good deal.

We each need to go leaner. She is slim and trim and I back a spare tire not too bad a one but here cholesterol is high, mine is good but I want to drop 20. Lost about 20 already.

So we are cutting back on portions and frequency of beef.
