In sarcasm somebody is at the receiving end and somebody needs to be sarcastic at the active end, to create the sarcastic comments so to say.

The Swedes are creators, inventors and some times geniuses like Lennart Carleson, who just received the Abel prize, also called the "Nobel" math prize.

But nevertheless they like working for me, they like the opportunity to bounce ideas and solutions with me, and they like the experience I bring in from many years back.

I have some unusual people working for me. A fellow from Peru (with a green card), another guy I pulled out of the warehouse. But I make sure they make a lot of money if they perform... and they do.

My people are good, perform and all of that continuously. For that I pay them well and treat them well and with the respect they deserve. Guess that's why they stay with our company in spite of their receiving very attractive offers for better paid positions from time to time. As a matter of fact, if they didn't, I would be worried.

The fellow from Peru and I were talking this morning and he was frightened by the new laws and what they might mean to his friends, that are illegal. It's difficult to know what to say, who do you pick as a winner and who do you pick as a loser? That's what the government is deciding. They are all real people.

You have time to listen to him and time to treat him like any human being deserves to be treated, with respect. What else can I say?
