Somewhat late to get 802.11G up running.
Intel re-inventing the wheel, kind of funny isn't it?
The next standard "n" was already demoed by Atheros and Broadcom at the CES in Vegas.
Fully functional systems were up running in the back rooms of several booths at the Cebit last month.

The fact is that Intel no longer is in the drivers seat of it's core business.
ight now nobody is, but if Intel doesn't get the act together in a jiffy, somebody else may get closer to what used to be their control panel.
