The $RUT and $MID are still beautiful: What continues to make this market so great is that not only does the broad market continue to outperform the Blue Chips on rallies but it gives back much less on dips. Yesterday was another case in point: While the Dow and S@P fell .8% and .6% respectively, the $RUT and $MID fell only about a third of a percent. I know most will find this hard to believe after the vicious large cap tech bear from April 2000-October 2002, but this is a buy and hold market.
