Yes, they are very persistant. I think they have a daily dollar amount to spend (my guess about $1.5 million). Once they reach that target each morning, they pack it in until the next day. At that rate, it would take them about 14 days to sped $20 million. They've been buying for seven so I would expect this heavy volume to continue all next week. In my opinion, no major announcement will be made until these guys have completed their accumulation. There probably will be a solid news release next week but not the kind that would immediately cause a significant spike in the share price....something on the level of the Wooddy announcement (solid but not earth-shaking).
Once the accumulation is completed, however, watch out! This is turning into a fascinating "movie" with tons of money at stake, a host of international players, political intrigue, and who knows what else. One thing is fairly certain. This is not your standard oil exploration story. Look for surprises at every turn. They will be pleasant ones that will move this stock near-term. Finally, keep in mind that this "accumulator" is spending two weeks to get his AIPN stake at an average cost above $3/share. We can assume two things: one, he did his due diligence before putting that kind of money into AIPN, and, two, he's not going to all this trouble for a couple of points.

Cheers...Faris
