i like the stock because it retreated some, it should break through fairly soon, and the business plan seems solid. the real-estate developer of their size should be making $50M-100M in business, so obviously the stock is cheap and picking up 50k shares here is almost mandatory. however, i am still worried, because the management either missed their deadlines or simply never released any information about what they wanted and actually accomplished in Q3 and Q4 of 2005 (their line of furniture for lofts, as well as their tv show). has anyone actually called the company? any more information other than the merger news, such as catalog mentions or product reviews, tv listings of their show?
