Bush hasn't just gone over budget, he's intentionally driving this country toward bankruptcy. Why you may ask? Because a secret of the far right tax hawks is that they want to starve the government of money so that we will have no choice but to execute the largest ripoff of the workingclass in history and all but cancel Social Security.
