I used to live in San Diego country. Compared to Austin, it's Mexican food is only ok. I also used to eat in Tijuana sometimes, but quit when I saw them dump the unused dipping sauce back into the pot, then dump the uneaten chips back in the bin. Very efficient, but not my cup of tea! I guess its what you're used to.......I much prefer CA Mexican [in LA] over Tex Mex.
