Interesting piece from BoBo... I'm no expert on these things but it does appear to me as though some folks (no names mentioned by me) have crossed the line between legally defendable "opinion" and legally defamatory "statements of fact, or presumption of fact". If I'm right, some folks better hope that the SEC investigation results in a conclusion that supports their allegations. If not, I certainly smell further legal action coming, including lawsuits for defamation and, perhaps, slander.

And I further hope that the SEC would pursue legal recovery of funds expended (read: wasted) chasing after these allegations, again presuming that the allegations cannot be legally supported.

PS - Just to make it obvious, the "some folks" I refer to are not you or other SI posters. It's the folks whose writings that are posted elsewhere and quoted from that I refer to...
