PLNI is something like 5B A/S and 3.5B O/S, rrm on the PLNI Board probably has the closest current count.

RSHN is at "..Outstanding Shares: 1,000,000,000 as of 2005-01-01.." on mafia.com. I haven't inquired personally, but again maybe rrm, rrufff or donpat has.
