ALZ has proven uranium in ground so don't say they have nothing.ALZ has alot more than alot of companies do and as well compared to others ALZ should not even be trading at .60 it should long gone past the dollar level

Yah.... but...but.....management just gave a bunch ( 5 million) away at .35 cents. Go figure.

Aldershot Resources raises $1.5-million privately

FINANCING - UPDATE

Aldershot Resources Ltd. confirms that the private placement it reported in Stockwatch on March 15, 2006, has been oversubscribed and the company has successfully raised $1.5-million through the issuance of five million units at 30 cents per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one purchase warrant exercisable for two years at 35 cents. The company advises that none of the subscribers are insiders and the above transactions will not constitute a change of control, reverse takeover or new insider position.

The proceeds of the private placement will be used for exploration work the company's uranium projects in Quebec and British Columbia, and for general working capital.

The terms of the financing are subject to regulatory approval.
